Presentation

The course presents an approach to the history of cinema from the point of view of aesthetics, taking into account its main modes of representation: primitive, institutional, modern and postmodern. The origin of this discipline, the most notable relationships it presents with the plastic and performing arts, as well as its present and possible future, both in the digital and virtual environments, are also examined.
