The Ministry of Economy plans to launch “e-Reservation” of Ukrainians liable for military service by the end of 2023.

They add that the electronic booking process is gradually moving forward. The Ministry of Digital Development is responsible for the technical part, and the Ministry of Economy is responsible for the regulatory part.
The department emphasizes that the key point is the coordination of the Cabinet of Ministers resolution, which will regulate “e-Booking”, with the central authorities, the Pension Fund, the tax office, interested businesses, etc.
How will “e-Booking” work in advance in “Diya”
Through “e-Reservation”, company managers will be able to find out how many conscripts they can book. This will be possible thanks to the exchange of data between the registers of government bodies, the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. If you enter the credentials of a specific employee into the service, you can check whether he is eligible for reservation, whether he has a military specialty that is in short supply, whether the data needs to be updated in the TCC, etc. If a person meets all the reservation criteria, he receives a deferment from conscription for military service for six months. If the data needs to be clarified, the mechanism assumes the possibility of booking for one month. During this time, a person must contact the TCC and update the data. After this, the company will be able to fully book such an employee.
After the launch of “e-Reservation”, reserved employees will receive an extract from the register of reserved military personnel. It will contain a QR code that will be read when crossing the border.
As the Ministry of Economy notes, this is not the final version of the mechanism; certain changes may be made.
