R4 Carapate is a minicaravan in retrospect
The new small caravan is designed by Carapate Aventure, a start-up company from Nantes, France that was founded in 2019 to revive the ‘teardrop’ created in the United States. That seems to be more successful with the R4.
Real photos are still missing, so we have to deal with the designers’ video (which you can find below this article). Caravan weighs 560 kilograms and is 3.85 meters long and 1.92 meters wide What is particularly remarkable is that the R4 Carapate matches the towing vehicle perfectly in terms of color and appearance of its logo car.
Almost the entire side of the small caravan can be opened, so you can create a real outdoor feeling. And through the big window you can enjoy watching the stars. There is also a sleeping area that you can convert into a sofa (or the other way around of course), a small cupboard and an outdoor kitchen.
We haven’t been able to find more information yet, but as soon as we know more about the R4 Carapate you will of course read it. In any case, it will be available from next year.
