In 2019, Ulysse Nardin continued to push boundaries with the launch of the Freak
Now, the Swiss brand is introducing a new version of this model, the Freak This designation refers to its color and appearance, which is somewhat reminiscent of military equipment.
The 43 mm x 13.38 mm case features a black DLC titanium case, bezel and crown with sides made from a khaki green carbon fiber composite, which combines black carbon fiber and green epoxy resin. Each case is unique.

A black (ref. 2303-270-2A-KAKI/0A) or green (ref. 2303-270-2A-KAKI/0B) fabric strap completes the adventurous look.
Freed from the dial, the Freak
Both are treated with khaki green Super-LumiNova that glows green in low light conditions.

What’s most eye-catching about this ensemble is the super-light, extra-wide balance wheel in silicone, with nickel flyweights and stabilizer micro-bars. Beating at a frequency of 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour), the UN-230 caliber has a power reserve of 72 hours.
