Culture budget of 200 euros
With the KulturPass, the federal government is sending a clear signal for more culture in Germany, according to the association. In addition to books and many other cultural products, concerts, sound carriers, sheet music and musical instruments will be part of what is available for all young people. People who turn 18 in 2023 will receive a virtual budget of 200 euros after registering online, which can be used within two years via the KulturPass app.
