INDONESIAN INFO. JAKARTA – Honor has launched a number of new products, including the Honor Magic V2 in the foldable gadget line on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.
The Honor Magic V2 is a third-generation foldable gadget and Honor is proud of its new size.
In this design, the Honor Magic V2 gadget has a thickness of only 9.9 mm when folded and 4.7 mm when opened, and weighs 231 grams.

Previously, the shortest foldable device was the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 with a thickness of 11.2 mm when folded and a weight of 262 grams.
The device has a gearless unibody hinge mechanism that uses a 3D printed titanium alloy cover developed by Honor.
This folding mechanism also uses special short screws on the hinge components.

While there is no official protection against water, Honor confirmed that the Magic V2 is equipped with P2i coating on all its internal elements to protect it from accidental splashes of water.
Apart from that, the Magic V2 has a 7.92-inch LTPO OLED main screen with a resolution of 2,156 x 2,344 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
This display supports HDR 10+ and can reach up to 1,600 nits of brightness in auto mode.

Honor has also added PWM flicker reduction with a high frequency of 3,840 Hz for flicker-free animations.
