Cospress is a physical theater show, of objects and without words that is part of the programming of the Off Roman, which lasts 30 minutes and will take place in Tarongers square tomorrow, August 9, at 8:00 p.m. It is free and is recommended from 8 years.
The work speaks with a poetic, ironic and surreal tone of the obsession with the cult of the body. Thus, it shows two women who are victims of their own struggle to fit the perfect model. Caressing death, whom they obey like puppets with no will of their own, they will reach non-acceptance and madness.
The work is carried out by the company of Cia Kimani with the production of Rotativa Performing Arts. The creation of Cospress is due to Cristina Aguirre, Helena Canas and Iolanda Llansó and will be played by Cristina Aguirre and Helena Canas. The artistic direction has been in charge of Iolanda Llansó, as well as the costumes. The construction of puppets has been carried out by Andrea Lorenzetti; photography, Justin P. Brown; the video, Alex Staffa; the musical arrangements, Eduard Llansó, Xavi Lozano and Guillem Aguilar; and the cultural promoter has been Bernabé Rubio from Rotativa Performing Arts.
