Armoiries is the flagship of our range. Rigorous parcel selection and the talent of our cellar master allow us to offer a wine with a southern Rhone character.

Stony soil, clay/limestone slopes.
VINIFICATION
Assembly of traditional vinification and thermovinification to obtain fruity notes.
GRAPES
Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Marselan, Mourvèdre, Syrah
SPECIFICATIONS
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
SERVICE
Serve at 15/16°C
TASTING
Deep color with garnet reflections. Complex and expressive aromas with hints of blackcurrant and cherry. A supple and round attack marked by the presence of sweet liquorice and spices (slightly peppery). Present and coated tannins with a good length. A fresh, well-balanced finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Cheese starters, charcuterie, grilled meats, poultry and soft cheeses.
Will go wonderfully with a rustic and convivial meal.
