On Wednesday, the proposal for a new and stricter single-family house plan was put out for public consultation. The plan includes approx. 29,000 properties in Oslo’s residential areas.
On the same day, a digital letter arrived at 80,000 recipients who own buildings or properties in these parts of the city – without warning. The message was that a “temporary ban on measures” would be introduced while the plan was being considered.
