“There is a real possibility within this parliament to form a government with little effort and in creating a clear program and with a cabinet horizon. The environment of elections is always useful, but three times last year we voted in the hope of a clear and stable governing formula . There is none. The Bulgarian political space is too fragmented, and the communication between the parties is entangled in red lines”.
This is what Alexander Simov, a BSP deputy, told BNR.
And he specified that if votes are collected to elect a government, then his program can be ready within days.
According to him, an expert cabinet with the support of various parties is a greater substitute for the vote.
“It is a serious concession on the part of the PP that their main person Kiril Petkov is not prime minister. This shows common sense and a desire for dialogue”.
In the program “Politically INCORRECT”, Simov added that a compromise with GERB and with DPS continues to be “the worst thing that can be done on the Bulgarian political scene”.
According to him, if a government is not implemented in the first mandate, the probability of this happening in the third is very small.
In connection with the statement of the resigned head of the cabinet, Lena Borislavova, that political scientists, politicians, public figures are spokespeople for Russia in Bulgaria, for which they receive remuneration of BGN 4,000 per month, Alexander Simov is adamant that names and evidence must be presented , because “otherwise there is intrigue on the Bulgarian political terrain, and without names it is a political pirate”.
On the occasion of the expulsion of Russian diplomats, he believes that this is a crisis, which is seen by some in a poetic way:
“It’s just that this crisis has specific economic dimensions that are dangerous for Bulgaria. When you think about such a crisis through poetic phrases, you fail to see the threats… It’s better in this situation for someone to give concrete solutions and try to put them on the table. The great difference in political life is that some like to throw tantrums and others to give solutions. This is the difference between a dilettante and a real statesman.”
The deputy expressed concerns about the behavior of the president:
“Recently, appearances of people from the presidential establishment directed against the BSP have accumulated. Even if it does not produce this spectacle, in any case the presidential institution is a party to the conflict. There is tension between the BSP and the president, it was not right for the presidential institution to participate in the political battles of the field of governance”.
He did not deny that there is tension in the BSP, and there are socialists who can hardly stand the interaction with the DB and the PP, but “the coefficient of beneficial action in this administration is greater than the harm”.
