Intrasense, a specialist in medical imaging software solutions, announces the final results of the public tender offer (the “Offer”) initiated by Guerbet for Intrasense shares and published by the Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF “).
Following the closing of the reopened Offer (the “Reopened Offer”) which took place from May 23, 2023 to June 5, 2023, 640,778 additional Intrasense shares were tendered, allowing Guerbet to hold 29,257,966 shares Intrasense representing 56.46% of the capital and at least 56.10% of the voting rights of the Company[1].
The notice of the results of the Reopened Offer published today by the AMF is available on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org). The settlement-delivery of the Reopened Offer will take place on June 14, 2023, according to the schedule communicated by Euronext Paris.
