According to the police, one of the two men, aged 23 and 46, also had 0.91 per mille alcohol in his blood. They will face administrative offense proceedings, the police informed. Finally, on Saturday afternoon, a patrol noticed a cyclist riding in a zigzag pattern on Barbarossaring. The 48-year-old, whose breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of 1.62 per mille, is now facing criminal proceedings.
