The more we feel that we can do exactly what we feel like doing, the happier we are demonstrably. In 2021, make your biggest dreams come true even more and above all change things that really bothered you. To be happy means to have the feeling that you are really making a difference.
TIP NO. 3: DO IT TOGETHER!
A strong environment of friends and confidants is one of the most important factors for happiness. Researchers prove that those who feel they belong to a community live better and healthier lives. Mutual support and the feeling of trust help to be able to cope better with problems and simply to feel happier.
