JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Intiland Development Tbk will divert the digital promotion budget to 70 percent by 2021.
While the other 30 percent is allocated for conventional promotional budgets such as exhibitions or advertisements below the line.
Corporate MarketinG Director of PT Intiland Development Tbk, Susan Pranata, revealed this to Kompas.com, Thursday (1/10/2020).
However, he could not be sure to what extent the effectiveness of digital marketing. But what is certain is that for now, digital marketing is the best option that companies can do.
“Trial and error its nature. We have no choice. Shut up or continue. We choose to do digital marketing more intensively. Nothing else boundaries, without limit. That’s the advantage, “said Susan.

Susan admitted, the effectiveness of digital marketing for now can be seen in products with a price range of Rp. 2 billion or less middle to middle low.
Unlike the three to four years ago, products that sell well in the digital market are for the class of Rp. 1 billion and below.
On the other hand, for upscale and luxury products, digital marketing must be done exclusively and accompanied by a personal approach.
“Because they need to be treated special, personal approach-which should get a larger portion, “added Susan.
One of the digital marketing programs carried out by Intiland Development is ‘Intiland Story: Fabulous Friday’ which is held for three months from 2 October to the end of December 2020.
This special promo program offers the convenience of purchasing various Intiland property products on 17 selected projects through the Instagram Live platform.
The types of products offered start from housing, apartment, SOHO, offices, until warehousing modern with a price range of Rp. 186 million-Rp. 18 billion.
