Extremadura will have 6 million euros to promote screening for colon, breast and cervical cancer. A provision that is launched with the aim of recovering cancer screenings after the pandemic period. Between 2019 and 2020 there was a notable slowdown in early diagnosis tests. From the Extremeña Oncological Association, its vice president, Amalia Franco, celebrates the resumption of these projections.
