As a sustainable and at the same time efficient alternative to concepts such as drive-in parking and home delivery, the company has been offering its customers an increasingly popular collect solution for two and a half years with the Strongpoint grocery lockers. Consumers and Interspar benefit equally from the comparatively quick method. Customers can drive up in the booked time slot without waiting, take their ordered goods and often continue their journey in less than a minute. For Interspar, the refrigerated pick-up stations represent an efficient provision option in e-commerce. Each order is loaded in less than a minute.
The principle
Three different cooling levels have been set up to meet the requirements of different foods. Since the pick-up stations are opened and closed again and again, the doors must not be allowed to ice. In addition, customers should be able to use the system easily and without problems, without condensation forming in the compartments – key factors that Strongpoint fully meets with its solutions.
