Interpol to Rock the Zócalo in Mexico City with Free Concert
Exciting news for music fans in Mexico City as Interpol announces a free concert at the iconic Zócalo on Saturday, April 20th. The rock band took to social media to share the thrilling update with their Mexican fans and beyond.
“We are absolutely electrified with excitement to announce that we will be giving a free concert for our Mexican fans, and indeed, for fans from all over, at the Zócalo in the heart of Mexico City on Saturday, April 20, 2024,” the band stated in a press release.
Comprised of Paul Banks, Sam Fogarino, and Daniel Kessler, Interpol expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to perform at such a historic venue. “It’s a dream for us to be able to perform on such an iconic and historic stage! We’re going to give it our all, so come on down or ‘be square,’ as they say,” they concluded.
The concert is set to kick off at 7:00 PM, and as of now, it remains uncertain if other artists will be joining the lineup on the same day.
