The main mission? Join the work supervision team to participate in the construction of the New Psychiatric Hospital in Tours, with strong environmental challenges.
Reporting to a confirmed works manager, you will intervene in the secondary trades work phase. Your missions will be to:
- Guarantee the strict application of our security rules (controls & alerts),
- Execute contracts obtained by the company under the best conditions of time, quality, safety and cost,
- Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure follow-up,
- Participate in site meetings.
- Your missions evolve according to the progress of the construction site.
You will be involved in the works phase (management and coordination of works, quality control, planning monitoring).
Some information about the construction site:
North-west of the site of the Trousseau hospital in Tours, which our teams are building, the NHP began its work on Monday December 4, 2023. A project worth €50 million in activities, which will see a building emerge from the ground of more than 13,000 m² comprising ten units, with a central core dedicated to therapeutic activities.
Technical specifications: Ambitious project from an environmental point of view with a reduced carbon footprint thanks to wood concrete or low-carbon concrete walls and connection to the future Urban Heat Network located on the Trousseau site, will allow the NHP to to be a benchmark building in the healthcare field.
Two labels targeted, E+C- (Positive energy and carbon reduction) and biosourced building.
The project schedule:
June 2023: Obtaining the building permit
December 2023: start of work
Summer 2025: end of work
