VALTHER is an independent firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equityCorporate law, restructuring and business litigation which brings together 25 lawyers practicing in Paris and Bordeaux.

The firm’s activity, mainly advisory, covers M&A operations as well as a diversified practice of support for investment funds and French and foreign companies in corporate and business law.

We are looking for an intern (M/F) for our Litigation department (Paris office). The internship to be filled is for a period of 6 months and can start between June and September 2023.

During your internship, you will be required to work on a daily basis with partners and collaborators in order to support them in the processing of both litigation and pre-litigation cases in business law.

You will be taken to:
– Attend client meetings;
– Carry out research;
– Drafting legal acts (submissions, conclusions, consultations, contracts, etc.);
– Attend hearings.

Mastery of English is indispensable. Profiles with a double course (LLM, Sciences Po, or foreign diploma, Business School) or experience in an English-speaking country will be given preference.
