Student Lawyer or Master II Intern – Business Law Litigation
Kosma, a law firm located in the 9th arrondissement and specializing in litigation in business law, is looking for an intern student lawyer or Master II (M/F) for 6 months from January to June 2024.
The intern will be required to work with the associate lawyers and collaborators of the firm on a wide variety of cases, particularly in terms of commercial litigation, contracts, business real estate.
The main missions are the following:

in-depth legal research and analysis,

drafting of legal documents,
-
consultation papers,
-
participation in the preparation of files and analysis of documents.
Education: Holder of the CRFPA and/or a Master 2. Additional training such as a business school or LLM would be appreciated.
Required qualities: The candidate must be rigorous, autonomous, organized and have good interpersonal skills.
