Law firm mainly working in business law, franchise law, real estate law is looking for an intern, from October 2023 for a minimum renewable period of 3 months, wishing in particular to get involved in consulting and litigation activities.
Missions :
– Legal research;
– Drafting of documents: summons, conclusions, pleadings file, transfers, minutes (shares or shares, business, right to lease), pre-litigation letters.
The intern will attend hearings and participate in client meetings to allow him to have a general vision of a firm’s activity.
Desired qualities: curiosity, autonomy
Internship agreement required.
Paid internship, full reimbursement of transport card and telephone costs.
