Duration: 5-6 months
Mission:
Commissioning and qualification of accelerated cyclical / dynamic corrosion test
As part of the expansion and adaptation of our test equipment for the qualification of new materials and manufacturing processes in the development of helicopters, we offer a varied task in the materials laboratory of Airbus Helicopters.
Your activities include:
- Collaboration and support in the commissioning and testing of a dynamic corrosion test chamber
- Execution of test series
- Determination of the operating figures and control of the standard specifications (reference tests)
- Checking / adjusting the calibration of the device and operating parameters
- Qualification of the test process according to the specification of the reference test sample
What do you bring
- Registered student (m / f / d) in the field of materials science, materials technology, aerospace technology or comparable
- good academic knowledge
- first practical experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
- confident handling of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team and independent way of working
- Fluent in German and good English skills
