Founded in 2003, the Latitudes Contemporaines association has established itself as a reference operator of contemporary creation by supporting and spreading new artistic approaches. Keeping an eye on the evolution of forms, Latitudes Contemporaines strategically articulates its annual festival and production structure with a policy of cultural engineering and European cooperation.

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY FESTIVAL – In tune with its time, the festival prescribes and programs the living art of the present time. Over the years, it has become the main meeting point of the contemporary scene in the dense border territory of the Hauts-de-France region.
A PRODUCTION OFFICE – Parallel to the festival and throughout the year, the team supports and develops the projects of 5 artists, making use of an international network and pooling the skills of a dedicated team.

A CENTER FOR EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL COOPERATION – Latitudes Contemporaines is also a workspace for the development of cultural and artistic projects at an international level. Whether it’s European projects, strategic support for artists or professional networks, the Latitudes Contemporaines team puts its expertise at the service of the performing arts sector on an international scale.
