Premier Monde is looking for a period of 6 months, from January 2021 ideally, a trainee in business law – company law.
Under the responsibility of the Head of the Legal Department, you will be integrated into a team of 3 people (2 lawyers and 1 assistant).
Your missions will be:

annual legal operations (annual legal secretariat of companies);

exceptional legal transactions such as incorporation of a company, transfer of a medical / dental practice, transfer of shares / shares, dissolution-liquidation, transfer of registered office, capital increase, drafting of professional / commercial leases, etc.

Classification, updating of registers, archiving
We are looking for a student in Master 2 Business Law.
