A software flaw affected Telmex users that reside in some areas within the cities of Puebla, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Coatzacoalcos, Poza Rica, Irapuato, Aguascalientes and San Juan del Río.
In a statement, the company acknowledged that its customers “experienced intermittently at certain data services at different times, which could impact their internet browsing speed.”
The failure was detected through the network management systems of TelmexThis allowed locating the origin of the problem and starting the flashing solution process.
