Internet:Elon Musk completes Twitter acquisition

San Francisco (AP) – Elon Musk has completed the purchase of the Twitter short-messaging service for approximately $ 44 billion (€ 44.2 billion). Twitter informed the US securities regulator SEC of the delisting on Friday, thus confirming the completion of the acquisition.
