The most important tools for implementation
To translate and sync your channel, you need some important tools:
- HeyJen: For automatic translation and synchronization of your videos.
- ChatGPT: A tool that generates the title, description and thumbnails for your videos.
- Leonardo AI: For creating appropriate images and thumbnails.
- Adobe Express: To fine-tune your thumbnails.
The step-by-step process
Step 1: Get video link
First you get the link to your video. Go to your YouTube channel, click “Edit” and copy the link.
Step 2: Translate and sync with HeyJen
Visits HeyJenregister and click on “Create Video” > “Translate”. Paste the copied link of your video. Select “English” as the target language and confirm. Now your video will be automatically translated and synchronized.
The only thing that takes the most time is waiting for the synchronization.
Step 3: Paste transcript into ChatGPT
After your video is synced, download it. Copy and paste the English subtitles into your specialized GPT bot in ChatGPT. The bot automatically creates a title, description and preview headline.
Step 4: Create a preview image with Leonardo AI and Adobe Express
Use the generated prompt to create an image in Leonardo AI. Download this image and edit it in Adobe Express. Insert the preview headline and save the finished image.
Step 5: Upload and publish video
Upload the edited video to your new English YouTube channel. Insert the generated title, description and thumbnail. Complete!
