International Space Station publishes photo of Curitiba at night, seen from space

The International Space Station (ISS) posted a photo of Curtiba at night as seen from space on its social media profile. The photo is from two weeks ago, July 4th, a Monday. The announcement of the photo was made in this doingo (17) on Twitter.

“Hello Brazil! The city lights of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Curitiba were photographed from the space station which is orbiting at a distance of 262 miles,” the ISS said on Twitter. The distance of 262 miles is equivalent to 419 kilometers in relation to the earth’s surface.
