The major trade union organizations in the knowledge sector have shared the reasons for the strike proclaimed by FLC CGIL for 31 October 2024also because the mobilization is consistent with the common decisions defined in the context of the X IE World Congress in Buenos Aires.

The Go Public! campaign Fund Education, launched by Education International, claims public investment in educationthe same demands promoted by the FLC CGIL, which considers the international trade union path increasingly decisive in influencing the political choices of national governments.
