International Marketing Assistant, Gifts and Testator Relations F/M
Mission:
Within the private fundraising department of MSF France, the Liberals department sets up 360 ° marketing campaigns to promote these methods of support and build relationships with people who intend to support MSF through bequests or insurance . Under the responsibility of the marketing and tester relations manager, the intention of the intern is to support the team in developing resources from wills and life insurance.
Main activities:
Marketing and communication campaigns
He/she participates in the preparation, active implementation and monitoring of online and offline advertising campaigns (posts, emails, TV, telemarketing, etc.):
- Operational monitoring of some marketing campaigns: preparation of briefs, design review, proofreading, manufacturing review, etc.
- Participation in the monitoring of the budget of enterprises: receipt and verification of invoices for services, weekly monitoring of invoice status, verification of the schedule.
- Management of specific communication campaigns aimed at testers (letters, email newsletters, invitations, etc.).
- Participation in the organization of service events for testers, donors and partners
Testator’s relations
- In support of the manager, he/she actively participates in the daily management of information requests: Sending information and documents via e-mail or post.
- Receiving and sending phone calls with the aim of initiating the relationship and confirming the asset transfer project
- Preparing meetings with the testers: screening, research and information gathering, reports etc.
Methods and tools
- Active participation in CRM management
- Creating and updating verifier files and incoming information requests
- Contributes to regular CRM data cleansing projects
- Assist in identifying CRM improvements and anomalies
- Updating dashboards and adding activity monitoring (indicators, reports, statistics, etc.)
- Participate in the development of available processes and tools.
Divers
- Monitoring news related to donations (other MSF sections, other humanitarian actors, ecological activities, social surveys of the elderly, etc.)
- Participation in quarterly international meetings of the MSF Legacy working group and report writing
Profile and training:
- Higher education (Grande école, IEP, university), preferably marketing-communications/sales.
- Minimum BAC +4

Conditions: Full-time internship, with mandatory internship agreement. Salary between 830 and 980 € total per month depending on the level of study (Bac + 4 or +5), based on attendance of 151 hours / month. Restaurant vouchers (card) with a face value of €11 per ticket, 60% covered by the employer (the number of tickets varies according to the days of attendance). Refund of 50% of the public transport subscription.
The position to be filled: Starting in January 2025 for a period of 6 months.
