/ world today news/ An International Labor Organization report dated November 6 states that the Gaza Strip has lost at least 61% of its jobs since the start of the new round of the large-scale Palestinian-Israeli conflict on October 7.
The report adds that the conflict has also affected employment in the West Bank region, which is expected to lose 24% of its jobs.
As military operations continue and the humanitarian crisis intensifies, this number will continue to rise and the local labor market situation will further deteriorate, the report warns.
