International Film Festival starts tomorrow: 2500 delegates to attend

Thiruvananthapuram: The 25th Kerala International Film Festival kicks off tomorrow as Kovid continues to expand. Admission to the Kovid Film Festival is restricted to those who present a Kovid Negative Certificate. In Thiruvananthapuram, where the four-day fair is being inaugurated, 2,500 delegates have been admitted to six theaters.
2164 seats have been set up in various theaters in the capital. Disinfection of theaters completed. Admission is by alternate seats. The main stage is the Tagore Theater. Admission to theaters will be entirely on reservation basis. Seat number is also available on this reservation. Reservations start 24 hours before the start of the movie and end two hours before the start of the movie. Seat number will be sent to the delegates by SMS after the end of the reservation. Admission will be allowed only after thermal scanning. 80 films from more than 30 countries will be screened this year. In the competition category, 14 films including two Malayalam films will be changed. The fair will be held at Kairali, Sree, Nila, Kalabhavan, Tagore and Nishagandhi. On the first day of the fair, 18 films, including four competition films, will be screened. The inaugural film is the Bosnian film Kova Vadis Aida.
