/ world today news/ Plovdiv International Fair and Brno Fairs are resuming their active relations after the Covid-19 pandemic. This became clear after the business meeting of the majority owner of the Fair, Mr. Georgi Gergov, with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to our country, Mr. Lukas Kautsky, the Deputy Mayor of the city of Brno – Mr. Petr Hladik, and the Director of the Fair Chambers, Brno – Mr. Tomas Moravec. Mr. Gergov and the chief director of the Plovdiv Fair, Mr. Ivan Sokolov, discussed with them the prospects for the fair industry and the opportunities for partnership.
“The future of the trade fair business is in innovative solutions based on professional experience and a modern vision for dealing with business challenges,” emphasized Prof. Dr. Ivan Sokolov. He assessed the meeting as fruitful and promising for bilateral relations.
In the late afternoon, a Bulgarian-Czech business forum will be held, and the guests from Brno will also see the fair complex, which is being prepared for the opening of the specialized exhibition HEMUS 2022.
