International Conference on Inequalities, Work, and Nature: Strategic Dilemmas and Political Resolution

On November 8 and 9, 2023, theAFDFrench Agency for Development, is organizing an international conference at theUniversity of Cap in South Africa on the theme “Inequalities, work and nature Strategic dilemmas and political resolution”

The first day of the conference will feature research on the strategic issues that arise when designing long-term development trajectories that are both ecologically and socially sustainable.

On the second day, senior government officials and practitioners, particularly from the South, will deliberate on specific and meaningful compromises aimed at developing policy solutions.
