The Risk, Audit and Quality Department of the French Blood Establishment, reporting to the President of the EFS, aims to provide the governance of the establishment with the elements necessary for decision-making. She coordinates all procedures related to the risk and quality management system.
Within the Internal Audit department, your main missions will be:
– Contribute to the preparation of the audit plan;
– Participate in the mission framing phase and define the work program;
– Carry out process audit missions (purchasing, supplies, payroll, maintenance of biomedical equipment, etc.) or establishment audits both at headquarters and in the region;
– Carry out strategic/consulting missions on issues submitted by the EFS Management (project management, grouping of regions, internal organization optimization, etc.);
– Report the results to the various governance bodies;
– Follow up on recommendations;
– Participate in the coordination and development of the compliance audit process in the region;
– Contribute to feeding the internal knowledge base and participating in the continuous improvement of the management organization and audit methodology;
– Participate in management projects, in collaboration with other departments
