WHAT TO EXPECT
- Weekly creation of print articles and promotional media as well as ordering of advertising materials for travel agencies
- Newsletter creation & maintenance of the TUI Cruises Infonet (online platform for travel agencies)
- Participation in training and communication measures for travel agencies
- Creation of presentations
- Assisting the team with projects such as advertising campaigns, mailings, competitions, etc., partly in collaboration with advertising and communications agencies
- Support in the planning and implementation of land-based events, such as roadshows and digital events in the in-house studio
- Support in creating new episodes of our travel agency podcast
- General office organisation, such as maintaining email inboxes or communicating on the telephone
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Enrolled student in the field of tourism, marketing, communication, event management or a similar field of study
- Initial practical experience, e.g. in the form of internships in the tourism industry and/or in the areas of marketing, communication, event management desirable
- Strong interest in the tourism and cruise industry
- Very good MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic image editing skills
- High willingness to learn coupled with creativity, self-motivation and initiative
- Well-organized working methods as well as reliability & commitment
- Team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
- Availability (or ongoing studies) for at least 6 months
