Intermittent Fasting: A Guide to Achieving a Slimmer Body – Insights from Tika Panggabean

Project Pop group member Tika Panggabean opens up about her healthy lifestyle. Even Tika’s current body looks slimmer when compared to the previous few years.

It turns out that this is related to the intermittent fasting diet that he is doing. Tika said that she has been following this diet method for 10 years.

“I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a long time, right, from around 2014 or 2013,” said Tika as quoted from 20seconds, Monday (31/7/2023).

Apart from focusing on intermittent fasting, Tika also does sports. The type of exercise he does most often is cardio.

“Then sports, I’m more into cardio, like walking swimming and the intensity of the exercise has increased during the pandemic,” he said.

“So when we finally slim down yes, not skinny, slimming down a bit yes that’s a bonus,” he concluded.

How to Do Intermittent Fasting?

– Alternate-day Fasting: Eating a normal amount of food on one day and completely fasting or eating one meal with a small portion of less than 500 calories the next day.

– 5:2 Fasting: Eat a normal amount of food five days a week and completely fast or have one small meal of less than 500 calories two days a week.

– Daily time-restricted fasting: Eat a normal amount of food but only for eight hours per day. You can do this by skipping breakfast in the morning and starting to eat at noon. Then dinner maximum at 8 pm.
