Tasks

  • Responsibility for the optimization of customer service processes (analysis/recognition of innovation potential as well as proactive implementation and design)
  • Creation of associated documentation (presentation of process steps, roles, responsibilities and decision points)
  • Collaboration with departments to define process goals
  • Support the customer service team in introducing new processes
  • Identifying automation and digitalization potential and supporting the implementation with colleagues from the specialist area
  • Implementation of changes due to regulatory requirements and adjustment of processes
  • Participation in cross-departmental projects
  • Knowledge transfer and mentoring function for teammates

qualification

  • successfully completed training in the insurance industry and/or completed studies in a related field
  • Reliable experience as a process manager in customer service (ideally in the insurance industry or a comparable environment)
  • very good knowledge of current process management methods (Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPM…)
  • Experience in using process modeling tools (Adonis, Signavio, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of requirements management methods and common project management methods
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure
