Interference in judicial matters is not acceptable, Chief Justice

Web Desk: Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has said that no one’s interference in judicial matters is acceptable.
Speaking at the Sindh High Court Bar Association ceremony in Karachi, Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that since he became the Chief Justice, no complaint of interference has been received by any judge of the High Courts and even if there was any interference. If so, they have not been reported.
The Chief Justice said that the incidents of interference reported by 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court were before they became the Chief Justice.
He said that the historic building of Sindh High Court needs to be restored to its old condition, Sindh Balochistan used to have only one High Court.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that I am grateful to the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court and Sindh High Court Bar Association, this is my first visit to this bar room, this is not the bar room when I used to come with my father. used to come to Karachi during the 3-month summer vacations.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that my memories are associated with the Sindh High Court, which is a historical building, the construction of the new building of the Supreme Court was costing 7 to 8 billion rupees, now there are 36 federal courts and tribunals in this place. It will hopefully be the first federal courts building.
The Chief Justice said that there was a building committee meeting yesterday, which was successful, where the Supreme Court building is now is a historical building, people are known for their cultural heritage.
Speaking at the Sindh High Court Bar ceremony, the Chief Justice said that there are many historical buildings in Karachi, if anyone wants to see old buildings, they should see the Parsi colony.
Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi addressed the ceremony and said that the Chief Justice of Pakistan welcomes Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and other judges to Sindh.
