Bobo.id – Friends, have you ever had the urge to do exploration into space to see things beyond Earth?
If you have aspirations as an astronaut, the Moon, Mars, and other planets may not be separated from the main goal of going to space.
However, without having to fly there, you can find areas that are similar to the surface and environmental characteristics of space planets, lo.
It’s been anywhere, huh? Come on, see here!
Mauna Kea in Hawaii is like the Moon
Reported from National Geographicactually on Earth there is a region whose environment is similar to the Moon.
The area is on Mount Mauna Kea, Hawaii. Not without reason, Buzz Aldrin, an astronaut who has been to the Moon, has proven it.
As it turned out, before Buzz Aldrin went to the Moon, he and his colleagues practiced walking on the 3.3-kilometer altitude of Mount Mauna Kea, as if they were on the moon.
By 1960, the area had been dubbed the ‘Valley of Apollo’.
