The municipality of Utrecht had previously only announced that the tickets for a visit to the cafe were available on Wednesday afternoon. Now a spokesperson reports that the tickets can be reserved from 2 p.m.

The knowledge gained is used to see whether and how cafes and pubs can open again safely and responsibly. These practical tests are supportive to – and therefore not a condition – for reopening, emphasize the initiators. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, the municipality of Utrecht, Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN), the Horeca Alliance and TNO have set up the Fieldlab.
