A midfielder of depth to cover the holes that the departures of Sensi and Klaassen will leave, but also to not neglect the future, given that Mkhitaryan will turn 35 in January. The objective is always the same, to maintain a high level of competitiveness by trying to be sustainable by taking advantage of the market opportunities that may gradually arise at each market session. Among these there is certainly the one that concerns Piotr Zielinski, Polish midfielder whose contract with Napoli will expire at the end of the season. A long-standing love, that of Piero Ausilio towards this footballer born in ’94which could revive itself in a few months, if Zielinski were to decide to leave the Azzurri.
NEW CONTACTS – A few months ago the first dialogues with the footballer’s entourage, an interlocutory approach to understand Zielinski’s ideas regarding his future and that see you later, perhaps when the midfielder would have gained some more certainty. Recently there have been new contacts that have made Inter understand that the margins to actually get the midfielder are very wide, but beyond the free card, the Zielinski operation would still be quite expensive. To be considered there would in fact be commissions of around 4-5 million euros and a gross salary of almost 8 million per season (the player cannot count on the growth decree) for at least 4 years, for a total of approximately 37 million. An operation in line if we consider that together, Klaassen and Sensi weigh approximately as much as Zielinski alone could weigh if signed.
CLEAR WILL – Inter are thinking about it, but remain cautious also by virtue of the player’s past, who on other occasions seemed inclined to want to leave Naples, except for last-minute second thoughts which overturned all predictions. Inter have registered what currently appears to be a clear will on Zielinski’s part and in January they will try to take decisive steps to try to transform what are now dialogues into real negotiations.
