Inter Milan want to enter into a contract Lautaro Martinez longer. The Argentinian player really stood out with the Nerazzurri.
Lautaro’s contract with Inter is still valid until 30 June 2026. Inter wants to immediately secure the 26 year old player.
This season, Lautaro is still showing a very good contribution to Inter. He has scored 15 goals in 19 appearances in all competitions.
His good performance has made Lautaro rumored to be a target for other clubs. Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and Real Madrid are among the clubs eyeing the former Racing Club player.
Inter boss, Beppe Marotta, emphasized that his party wants to fence Lautaro Martinez with a longer contract.
“Should we keep him? Obviously,” said Marotta Gazzetta dello Sport.
“In fact, we tried to renew the contract for another five years. We negotiated: the good thing is that he has a great sense of belonging and this year that was a really significant quality,” he added.
Lautaro Martinez joined Inter in the summer of 2018. La Beneamata only bought Lautaro Martinez for 22.7 million euros. At the moment, Lautaro Martinez assessed by Transfermarkt to have a price of 100 million euros.
