Milan (dpa) – Inter Milan has won its second game in the Champions League. The Italians won against RB Salzburg 2-1 (1-0) and now have seven points in Group D after three games.
Alexis Sanchez (19th minute) and Hakan Çalhanoğlu (64th minute/foul penalty) scored for Inter. The Israeli Oscar Gloukh (57th) had equalized for RB.
Salzburg started the game well, but the home team’s first attack gave them the lead. As a result, RB had a hard time against Inter’s defense. In the second half, the guests were only able to celebrate the equalizer for a short time, as Inter immediately punished a foul on the agile Davide Frattesi with a penalty to make it 2-1. In the evening Benfica Lisbon played against Real Sociedad San Sebastian.
