Inter Milan president still confident about winning the Scudetto

Opportunity Inter Milan maintain Scudetto fairly small. However, Nerazzurri President Steven Zhang still sure that the league title can be won.

Zhang’s self -confidence is inseparable from Inter’s victory Juventus with a score of 4-2 in Final Italian Cup, Thursday (12/5/2022) early morning WIB yesterday. Inter, who had a fast lead, even fell behind before forcing the game to continue into extra time.

“This cup will continue to be remembered in Inter’s history, so of course we are happy. But, at the same time, the season is not over, we will continue to do our best until the end,” he continued.

After winning the Coppa Italia, Inter Milan really can’t be careless because two important matches have been awaited against Cagliari and Sampdoria in Serie A.

They must sweep away while hoping AC Milan slips when they meet Atalanta and Sassuolo. Because, Inter are currently stuck in second place in the standings with 78 points, two points away from their city rivals and also lost head-to-head.

It’s not easy to beat Cagliari and Sampdoria who need a win to stay in Serie A. However, Steven Zhang which owns the Suning Group believes the Scudetto can still be won by Inter Milan.

“We are all very confident (to catch Milan and win the Scudetto),” he concluded.
