KOMPAS.com – Inter Milan can still qualify for the round of 16 Champions League 2020-2021, even though he is currently the caretaker of Group B.
Inter Milan finally won their first victory in the Champions League this season.
The win went to Inter Milan on matchday fifth, when they travel to Borussia Moenchengladbach headquarters.
I Nerazzurri lead 3-2 over Moenchengladbach at the Borussia-Park Stadium, Tuesday (12/1/2020) or Wednesday morning WIB.
Three goals from Inter Milan were scored by Matteo Darmian (17 ‘) and Romelu Lukaku (64’, 73 ‘).

The two home goals were recorded in the name of Alessane Plea (45 + 1 ‘, 75’).
This victory did not change the position of Antonio Conte’s men in the Group B standings.
Inter Milan is still in the fourth position with a collection of five angaka.
They are behind Moenchengladbach (8 points), Shakhtar Donetsk (7), and Real Madrid.
Despite being in the most distended position, Inter Milan still has a chance to qualify for the last 16.

On matchday the sixth alias last, Inter Milan will host Shakhtar Donetsk.
Inter Milan must win in that match. Anything other than a win will stop them in their tracks.
However, even victory did not automatically send Inter Milan to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
They need to wait and hope the Real Madrid vs Moenchengladbach match will give birth to a winner.
Because, if the match is a draw, Inter Milan will definitely be eliminated, despite winning over Shakhtar.

Inter and Los Blancos will indeed have the same points, eight, in the final Group B standings, if the Madrid vs Moenchengladbach match is a draw.
However, it is Real Madrid who are entitled to take the position runner-up because it excels head-to-head over Inter Milan.
