Inter Milan advanced to the quarterfinals Italian Cup 2022/2023 after expelling Parma. Inter won 2-1 in a match that had to end in extra time.
Duel Inter-Parma in the round of 16 of the Italian Cup played at the Giuseppe Meazza, Wednesday (1/11/2023) WIB in the early morning. Inter finished the first half 0-1 behind after Stanko Juric burst into Andre Onana’s goal.
Lautaro Martinez saves Inter from defeat with his goal in the 88th minute. Francesco Acerbi then became the winner for Inter in extra time.
Inter, qualified for the quarterfinals of the Italian Cup, will face the winner of the match between Atalanta and Spezia.

Opportunity in the first minutes for Parma following a mistake by Danilo D’Ambrosio. However, Franco Vazquez’s shot didn’t bother Andre Onana too much.
Inter nearly took the lead in the 22nd minute. Robin Gosens, who received a gastric pass, then passed it to Roberto Gagliardini. Gagliardini’s shot went wide from the Parma goal.
Parma opened the scoring in the 38th minute. Stanko Juric silenced the visiting crowd with a hard kick from outside the box. Having received the ball from Simon Sohm, Juric fired a shot into the top right corner of the goal which Onana was unable to reach.
Parma came close to doubling the lead one minute before the break. This time, however, Onana managed to clear Adrian Benedyczak’s volley.
At the start of the second half, Inter remained at a disadvantage and continued to press Parma. However, not many problems Gianluigi Buffon.
Inter’s efforts finally paid off in the 88th minute. Lautaro Martinez brought Inter to a draw.

Gagliardini’s mistake in passing the ball was almost fatal for Inter. The ball was cut off by Hainaut whose shot at the far post went wide of the Nerazzurri goal.
Objective! Francesco Acerbi puts Inter ahead in the 110th minute. Buffon blocks Dimarco’s pass and the ball goes to Acerbi’s head. From a certain distance Acerbi sends a header into goal while Buffon is far from the goal line.
