Russian air defense systems intercepted two HIMARS missiles near the village of Bogdanovka in Kherson province.
On the other hand, the military administration of the city of Kyiv said yesterday that electricity, water, heating and cell phone service had been almost completely restored in the capital, Kyiv, after the repair work on the electricity grid have reached the final stage.
The military administration has indicated that the majority of Kiev residents are now able to get electricity at home, as of yesterday morning.
