President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will begin his activity this morning, Wednesday Washington time, at his residence in the American capital, with a working breakfast with Republican leaders in the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky, Texas, Ohio and South Carolina.
Ambassador Bassam Rady, spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, told the media delegation accompanying President Sisi to Washington that President Sisi will hold a meeting today, Wednesday, at his residence in Washington with members of the Friends of the Egypt group in Congress from the Republican and Democrat parties.
President Sisi will also meet US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken at the Washington Convention Center; Then he will participate in the dinner hosted by US President “Joe Biden” at the White House in honor of the African leaders participating in the summit of leaders of the United States and Africa.
President El-Sisi will also participate in the closing session of the US-Africa Business Forum, in the presence of US President Joe Biden.
President El-Sisi arrived in Washington on Tuesday to participate in the activities of the African-American summit.
According to President El-Sisi’s work programme, during the work of the summit he will focus on issues of concern to African countries in the light of existing global challenges, strengthening the African-American partnership to address the food security crisis and facilitating the integration of countries African countries in the global economy, to benefit from the opportunities and advantages it offers in achieving economic growth Technology transfer and driving foreign investment.
