The General Directorate of Intelligence published a list of ministers of the Russian Orthodox Church (Russian Orthodox Church) involved in propaganda activities.

At the direction of the Kremlin, they preach the doctrine of the “Russian world”, which does not correspond to Orthodox teaching, writes the GUR.
“Following Russian official propaganda, the ROC ministers justify Russian aggression, the genocide of the Ukrainian people and call on their believers to join the ranks of the Russian occupation units,” the statement said.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, ROC officials received clear instructions to agitate the parents and relatives of young Russians, to encourage them to enter into a contract for military service.
List of propagandists from the ROC available here and includes ministers of various ranks, including the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Vladimir Gundyaev, known as Patriarch Kirill.
